Park rangers lead hikes through glaciers and ice fields and nightly campfire programs, including mountain climbing, sailing, camping, fishing, boating, scenic viewing, boating, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, snowshoeing and backpacking.

How to get there:
It's accessible via the road system south of Anchorage and then taking the ferry from Seward Landing near the park's visitor center.

The Kenai Fjords Visitor Center is open daily from mid-April through September and only Monday through Friday in October.
Exit Glacier Nature Center is open daily from Memorial Day (the last Monday in May) through Labor Day (the first Monday in September).
