Scenic spot introduction:

Laolong Cave is a natural karst cave closest to the main urban area of Chongqing. The underground river in the cave makes a whistling sound from time to time. Legend has it that it is the roar of the old dragon trapped here. In addition, the cave is as magnificent as the Dragon Palace, hence the name. The stalactites and strange rocks that have grown for tens of millions of years in the cave are dazzling and lifelike. The Yinhe Spring flows through it. Visitors can enjoy the scenery in the cave and the adventure rafting is full of fun and excitement. It is a good place for leisure and sightseeing. The scenic area is located in the jurisdiction of Nanshan Street, Nan'an District, Chongqing.

Attractions distribution:

The entrance of Laolong Cave is more than 30 meters high and nearly 20 meters wide. The cave can accommodate 10,000 people. The cave is divided into four floors. There is an underground river flowing out of the first floor, and the area of the hall on the west side is more than 400 square meters. There is a "dragon field" formed by a stone dam on the second floor platform. There is a "dragon body" immersed in the calcified field water, and the "dragon scales and claws" are clearly visible. The third floor is only used as a passage. There are a small number of stalactites in different shapes on the fourth floor. You can go back to the first floor and reach the cave entrance directly.
