Duan Qirui's Former Residence in Tianjin was the most luxurious private mansion-style residence in the Japanese Concession in Tianjin at that time. It is now the Teachers' Continuing Education School in Heping District, Tianjin. The former residence includes the main building, the back building, the bungalow and other buildings. The whole residence has a total of 74 buildings and bungalows with a total construction area of 3,458 square meters.
