You are limited to borrowing 3 Chinese books at a time, 3 CDs are included with the books, and the borrowing period is 31 days. Borrowed books or CDs can only be renewed once if no one has made a reservation. The renewal period is 31 days (calculated from the execution date of the renewal operation plus 31 days). There is a limit of 3 foreign language books borrowed at a time, the borrowing period is 31 days, and no renewal service is provided.

To borrow foreign language books from the base library, you must first send a loan request on the library's Online Public Catalog Inquiry System (OPAC), or use the card catalog to search for the book's call number, and the staff will pick up the book.

If the required Chinese books have been borrowed, you can make an online reservation. After the reservation is successful and the book status is displayed as "Book Arrived for Pickup", you can go to the library to complete the borrowing procedures within 7 days. If the book borrowing procedure is not completed within the time limit, the reservation will automatically expire after 7 days, and a penalty of 0.30 yuan per book will be required.
