Puyang Maolou Ecological Tourism Scenic Area is the first ecological scenic tourist area on the Wanli Yellow River. The scenic area is located in the southeast of Xinzhuang Township, Fan County, with the Yellow River embankment in the north and Penglou Diversion Gate in the south. The terrain slopes from southwest to northeast, and the Yellow River forms here After a 90-degree turn, the water surface is vast and the view is excellent. The conditions for viewing the Yellow River are unique.

Maolou Ecological Tourism Area is a carefully transformed natural landscape based on the natural ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin and relying on geographical advantages. It has built "Yellow River Wonders", "River Watching", "Listening to the Waves under the Moon" and "Beach Summer Spending" , "Autumn Water Carp Watching" and Zheng Banqiao Memorial Hall.
