How to get there:
Bus route: 1. Take the shuttle bus from Huaihua South Bus Station to Qiancheng, which takes more than half an hour and costs 10 yuan. After getting off the bus, take a taxi to Furong Building, it only costs 2 yuan.
2. Take the express bus from Huaihua South Station to Qiancheng City Bus Station, get off and take bus No. 2 to the terminus of Qiancheng Old Street, and walk along the river embankment to Furong Floor.
