Scenic spot introduction:

The Yanqing Ancient Yaju Site is the largest ancient cave settlement site that has been discovered in Beijing. It is known as the "No. 1 Maze in China". It is located in a canyon northwest of Xizhang Mountain Camp in Yanqing County. There are a total of 117 caves, excavated in The gravel and granite rocks on the cliff are presumably carved by "Xi people who went to various tribes" during the Tang and Five Dynasties periods.

Attractions distribution:

Cliff dwellings are residences built by ancient people on steep cliffs. Yanqing ancient cliff dwellings were built on both sides of a ravine less than 10 meters wide in the canyon. The natural village formed by the location of the stone chambers can be divided into front, the latter two areas. There are 91 stone chambers carved on the south, north and east slopes of the front ditch; there are 26 stone chambers carved on the east slope of the back ditch; a total of 117 stone chambers.
