Scenic spot introduction:

Victoria Falls is the most famous tourist attraction in Africa. It is the largest waterfall in Africa and one of the largest, most beautiful and most spectacular waterfalls in the world. Victoria Falls is locally known as "Mosi-oa-Tunya Falls", which means "the smoke of thunder". There are few such spectacular and awe-inspiring places on earth, so the Koruru people who once lived nearby were very afraid of this waterfall and never dared to approach it; while the neighboring Tonga people regarded it as a sacred object and the rainbow as the incarnation of God. They held a ceremony at the East Falls and slaughtered black cattle to sacrifice to the gods.
Victoria Falls is located in the middle reaches of the Zambezi River in Africa, at the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is more than 1,700 meters (5,500 feet) wide and 108 meters (355 feet) high at its highest point, twice as large as Niagara Falls. Before reaching the waterfall, the vast Zambezi River flows slowly on the wide and shallow basalt riverbed, and then suddenly falls from a steep cliff of about 50 meters (150 feet) into a deep canyon, which is magnificent. Main Falls The waves are split into several strands by the rocky islands in the river, and the waves splash up to 300 meters (1,000 feet) and can be seen from 65 kilometers (40 miles) away. Whenever the new moon rises, the dazzling moon rainbow is reflected in the water mist, which is a very charming scenery.
