The Dagukou Fort Site in Tianjin is one of the "Ten Scenic Spots of Tianjin" and is known as the "Screen of Tianjin". Since the Ming Dynasty, the Dagu Fort has begun its defense mission, and gradually formed a complete defense system with "wei, town, sea, gate, and high" as the main body. The Dagu area has also become an important military location in the north. Dagukou Fort is located at No. 1, East Fort Road, Tanggu. It is divided into two parts: the ruins area and the museum area. The ruins area is dominated by fort historical sites, with remaining forts with the word "Wei" and the word "Hai" on the south bank and the "Fang" fort on the north bank. The memorial square has been expanded and monuments have been planted. The newly completed and opened Dagukou Fort Ruins Museum is composed of the preface hall, Gyeonggi Haimen, Gukou Defense, the fall of the country, and a 3D theater. It displays various cannons, wax figures, precious photos, etc., showing the history of the Dagukou Fort through foreign enemies.
