Qingdao Aquarium is the first aquarium in China and the only comprehensive natural science museum in my country that displays marine life. Located in the center of Luxun Park, the museum was founded in 1930 by Cai Yuanpei, Li Shizeng, Song Chunfang, Jiang Bingran and other scientific and technological pioneers. It has a history of more than 80 years. The museum has a rich collection of more than 20,000 marine specimens, ranking first among similar science and technology museums in the country. With the improvement of the museum area, Qingdao Aquarium has gradually become a comprehensive marine exhibition hall integrating display, science, tourism and entertainment, which has played a positive role in promoting the prosperity and development of Chinese aquariums.

Qingdao Aquarium ticket price :

Underwater World Pass (Aquarium + Marine Zoo + Marine Life Museum +Underwater World+ Freshwater Museum ): 130 yuan in peak season, 110 yuan in off-season;

aquarium( Dream Jellyfish Palace + Marine Zoo + Marine Life Museum + Freshwater Museum ): 40 yuan in peak season and 20 yuan in off-season.

Preferential policies:

1. Children under 6 years old or under 1.2 meters in height are free of charge;

2. Minors aged 6-18 or 1.2-1.5 meters in height, and full-time university undergraduates and below can enjoy a half-price discount with valid ID;

3. Seniors aged 60-69 can enjoy a half-price discount by presenting their ID card;

4. Disabled persons and military personnel can enjoy a half-price discount with valid ID.
