Scenic spot introduction:
The Chaozhou Taiping Road Stone Archway was rebuilt in 2008 in the original style. From the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, Chaozhou had 143 archways, 47 of which are located on the current Taiping Road. Taiping Road is the central street of the ancient Chaozhou City. Most of the government offices, schools, and the residences of dignitaries are concentrated near this road. Once you enter this street, you will be shocked by the stone archways bathed in orange light. They are tall and majestic, and the calligraphy on the archways and the thick and huge stones will make you marvel.
