Lushan Mountain is famous for its majesty, strangeness, danger and beauty. It is known as "the most beautiful mountain in the world". It is a world geological park and one of the three mountains among the Three Mountains and Five Peaks. Lushan Mountain is located in the Poyang Lake Basin in the north of Jiangxi Province, in the territory of Lushan District, Jiujiang City, and is close to the shore of Poyang Lake. The mountain is oval in shape, with a typical horst-style long section of about 25 kilometers and a width of about 10 kilometers. The more than 90 peaks stretching out are like a nine-fold screen, shielding the northern gate of Jiangxi. Therefore, the ancients said: "The majestic Kuanglu Mountain, the vast rivers and lakes", Lushan Mountain is such a charming natural landscape painting.
As one of the four major summer resorts, there are 26 hills, 20 valleys, 16 caves, 22 strange rocks, 18 streams and 14 lakes scattered among the peaks. The waterfalls of Lushan Mountain are even more unique, with as many as 22 waterfalls, which can be described as "flying down three thousand feet, it seems like the Milky Way falling from the sky".
