Scenic spot introduction:

One of the five largest reservoirs in western Anhui, it is named after the beautiful Wanfo Mountain where its water comes from. The lake is surrounded by mountains, and the lake surface is vast and blue. The scenery combines mountains, water, springs, islands and rocks. It is known as "the back garden of Hefei and the Beidaihe of Anhui".

Wanfo Lake is located in the central part of Anhui Province. Its original name was Longhekou Reservoir. It is an important part of the world-famous Pishihang Water Conservancy Project. The lake covers an area of 50 square kilometers and has a water capacity of 903 million cubic meters. The scenic area is surrounded by mountains and has vast blue waters. It has water conservancy engineering wonders such as the Kilometer Dam, Meiling Power Station, and Rocky Mountain Spillway, as well as ancient cultural sites such as Rubble Mountain, Wenjiadun, and Dragon King Tree, and historical sites such as Longhekou, Meifu Cave, Diaoyutai, and Zhou Yu's Ancestral Tomb.
