Fang County Savage Valley Geopark (Shennong Gorge) Travel Guide

Scenic spot introduction:

The Savage Valley Geopark in Fang County is a natural scenic area integrating majestic mountains, beautiful waters, canyons, waterfalls, caves, forests, etc. The Savage Valley is located in Qiaoshang Township, 30 kilometers south of Fang County, on the left side of National Highway 209 and the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. On the Huangbai River, the largest tributary of the portal, it was originally named "Shen Nong Gorge". Later, due to the discovery of records about the presence of savages in "Fangxian County Chronicles", it was renamed "Savage Valley". A stream runs through the area, and the canyon is long and winding. Also known as "Ten Miles Long Gorge".
