The Enshi Grand Canyon is famous for its majestic cliffs and dangerous peaks. It is one of the most beautiful grand canyons in the world. The scenic spot is located in Tunbao Township and Banqiao Town, Enshi City. It is connected by the 800-mile Qingjiang River from Enshi Tunbao to Mufu. In this section of the canyon, the scenic spots such as hundreds of miles of cliffs, thousand-foot waterfalls, proud and roaring peaks, primeval forests, ancient villages, etc. are extremely beautiful.Attractions distribution:
Enshi Grand Canyon has a total length of 108 kilometers and a total area of more than 300 square kilometers. Among them, the river canyon is the largest. The biggest landscape feature is the typical and rich karst landforms on both sides. It can be summarized as "a ground seam, two rivers, three major Plate, Five Wonders”. A section of ground crack refers to the ground crack in Yunlong River. There are two rivers, one is Xuezhao River coming from Lichuan, and the other is Yunlong River coming from Fengjie. There are three major sections: the first is the Chaodongyan section, which is mainly for adventure tourism; the second is the Dashengshan section, which is mainly for leisure and vacation; and the third is the Qixingzhai section, which is mainly for landscape tourism. Departing from Lichuan: Take Lichuan-Grand Canyon at Lichuan Railway Station (one trip per day at 8:30 Departs on time, 20 yuan/trip) can be reached directly.
