Jilin Changbaishan Northeast Asia Botanical Garden is mainly composed of a complete Korean pine broad-leaved forest ecosystem and a larch wetland ecosystem. It collects and preserves wild plant resources from my country's temperate zone and its surrounding areas with similar ecological environments, filling the gap in the construction of Northeastern botanical gardens in China. , is a national strategic plant resource species and gene reserve, a research base for ex-situ conservation and sustainable utilization of plant diversity in Changbai Mountain and temperate regions around the world, and a national science education base.

Changbai Mountain Northeast Asia Botanical Garden is located at the southern end of Erdaobaihe Town, covering an area of ​​12 hectares. There are more than 300 species of woody and herbaceous plants in the park. It houses the Changbai Mountain Northeast Asian Biodiversity Conservation Research Center, the Changbai Mountain Northeast Asian Flora and Fauna Museum, a wetland park, an outdoor plant display area, a greenhouse plant display area, a cold room plant display area, and offices. There are eight divisions including districts and scientific research nurseries.
