Scenic spot introduction:

The Weixian Battle Victory Monument is a cultural commemorative landscape started in 2008 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Weixian Battle to commemorate the Weixian Battle Resort and commemorate the heroic soldiers. The Battle of Weixian was the first critical battle of the Chinese People's Liberation Army on the battlefield in East China during the National Liberation War. It was a victory of great significance after our army and people in East China shifted to a strategic counteroffensive. The construction of this landscape is of great significance that cannot be ignored for carrying out patriotism education and remembering the revolutionary martyrs of Weixian County.

Attractions distribution:

The monument is located in the Weixian Battle Victory Square north of Yaxing Bridge and on the west bank of Bailang River. It was completed in 2009. The monument is built with large Taishan raw stones. There is a stone tablet with celebrity inscriptions in the front and an introduction tablet in the back. The square is wide in area and neatly planned, forming a solemn area and providing a place for citizens to relax.
