The Ningxia Museum is divided into old and new buildings. The old museum is located in Chengtian Temple, and the new museum is located on the east side of People's Square in the city center, close to the city government. The larger new museum covers an area of 30,258 square meters and has four floors in total. The first, second and third floors display the Long Colorful Sky, Dawn of Civilization, Farming and Animal Husbandry Homeland, Important Silk Road Town, Searching for the Great Xia, Six of Saibei and Jiangnan. There are 12 exhibitions in total, including the Datong History Chapter, the Brilliant Fortress, Stone Carving History Book, Red Flag Scroll, Hometown Stroll, and the Temporary Exhibition Chapter. It has a collection of national treasures such as Hu Xuan Wu’s stone tomb door and the gilt bronze bull. There are nearly 40,000 cultural relics, including pottery, bronzes, Helan Mountain rock paintings and other representative local cultural relics.Scenic spot features:

1. At the counter of the information desk, free museum guide maps, exhibition introductions, etc. are provided for self-pickup.
2. The museum has two free explanations every day, at 10:00 and 14:30. If necessary, please sign up at the service desk.
3. Free explanation: Ningxia General History Exhibition costs 100 yuan per group per time; Helan Mountain Rock Painting Exhibition, Returning Hometown Walk Exhibition, and Red Flag Comic Exhibition cost 50 yuan per group per time; Brilliant Fortress Exhibition costs 50 yuan per group per time; 20 yuan per group; if the above-mentioned halls are open to all, the fee is 200 yuan per group. Temporary exhibition halls are priced at 30 yuan per group per time.
4. After visiting the museum, you can relax in the nearby Phoenix Park, Dexin Park, and Forest Park and experience the beauty of Ningxia's natural scenery.

How to get there:
Yinchuan: Tourists from all over the world can take trains or planes directly to Yinchuan; from the train station, take bus 30, 45, or 101 to the museum.
Bus route: Take No. 33, No. 38, No. 301 in the city and get off at Guangguang East Road, No. 16, No. 17, No. 39, No. 41, No. 101, No. 102, No. 201, You Take bus 2 and get off at People’s Square.
Self-driving route: The museum is located next to Yinchuan City Hall. From all directions, get off the expressway and take Yingu Highway → Lijing South Street → Lijing North Street → Beijing East Road → Beijing Middle Road → People’s Square East Street. .
