Qingchuan Pavilion is known as the "First Tower of Qingchuan in the State of Chu" and is one of the "Four Towers of Chu". The pavilion is located on Yugongji by the Yangtze River at the east foot of Guishan Mountain in Hanyang City in Wuhan City. It was first built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. It is named after Since Cui Hao, a poet from the Tang Dynasty, wrote a poem about "Qingchuan with its Hanyang trees", it is also known as the "Three Chu Scenic Spots" because of its confrontation with the Yellow Crane Tower on the opposite bank across the river.Attractions distribution:
The Qingchuan Pavilion was first built by Fan Zhizhen, the prefect of Hanyang during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, when he was renovating the Yuji Palace (originally the Temple of King Yu). It had been destroyed many times in history. The current pavilion was rebuilt in 1985 according to the style of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. Today, the entire Qingchuan Pavilion tourist area covers an area of about 10,000 square meters, with a triangular plane.
