Fushou Palace in Liaoyuan is one of the largest Taoist temples in Northeast China and a holy place for worship by good men and women from all over the world. In particular, Kuixing Tower, known as the "First Floor of Chinese Taoism", is magnificent and majestic. The overall building is designed according to Taoist Tai Chi, Liang Yi, Sancai, Four Phases, Five Elements, Liuhe, Seven Stars, Bagua and Jiugong, which are combined with the natural numbers of the ten directions of heaven and earth. It is ranked first in Taoism in the country and can be compared with the three famous buildings in Jiangnan. Today, Fushou Palace integrates religion, history, culture, art, tourism and sightseeing, and has become a spectacular landmark building and a new cultural landscape in Liaoyuan City.

Fushou Palace is located on Liaohe Road, at the southern foot of Longshou Mountain. The Taoist temple is located on the mountain. It is a traditional palace complex composed of five-story halls. It has the mountain gate, the horse hall, the bell and drum, the Guanyue Hall, the Liangxian Hall, the Lecture Hall, the Bixia Palace, the Luzu Hall, and the Daxian Hall. Palace, Empress Hall; Sanqing Hall, etc. The landmark building Kuixing Building has nine floors and octagonal corners. The lower floor is the Liaoyuan City Museum and the upper floor is a place for religious activities. There are hundreds of statues of gods in the temple, as well as a large number of Taoist classics, Taoist music, musical instruments and Taoist ritual and sacrificial vessels.
