Qianjiaping Forest Park has charming virgin forests and mysterious religious culture. It has unique natural features and a forest coverage rate of more than 85%. The forest area is rich in animal and plant resources and is a huge natural oxygen bar. The park is located at the boundary between Baxian Town and Zhenping County in the south of Pingli County. The main peak is 2917'2 meters above sea level and is known as the "Roof of Bashan". It is the birthplace of Lan River, Lang River, Hongshi River and Pingxi River. The park has a northern subtropical humid monsoon climate, with an annual average temperature of 6.6°C, a maximum temperature of 18.9°C, and a minimum temperature of 18.6°C. The climate in summer is cool and pleasant, making it a good place for summer vacation. There is abundant rainfall in spring, summer and autumn, and deep snow cover in winter.
