Scenic spot introduction:

The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is located on the site of the former Presidential Palace when Dr. Sun Yat-sen served as the provisional president in Guangzhou in 1921. It was designed by the designer of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Nanjing, the famous Chinese architect Mr. Lu Yanzhi. Construction began in 1929 and was completed in 1931. It is a memorial building funded by the people of Guangzhou and overseas Chinese to commemorate the great revolutionary pioneer Dr. Sun Yat-sen.
