Wen Yiduo Memorial Hall is an exhibition hall built in memory of the famous patriotic poet Mr. Wen Yiduo. It is located on the site of Qingquan Temple in Xishui County, Hubei Province, Mr. Wen Yiduo’s hometown. Qingquan Temple was built in the Tang Dynasty (790 AD) ), at the end of the Yuan Dynasty (1351), Xu Shouhui, the leader of the peasant uprising, destroyed the temple and built the capital. The country was named "Tianwan". It was rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty and was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. It gathered "Qingquan Fanxiang", "Lu Yu Tea Spring", "Xizhi Mo" Four of the eight scenic spots in Xishui, including "Marg" and "Fengding Dangkong", have been tourist attractions since ancient times. The memorial hall covers an area of ​​15 acres, with a construction area of ​​more than 2,000 square meters, antique courtyard buildings, and a classical garden environment. The exhibition content includes the bronze statue of Wen Yiduo, the "A Brief History of Wen Yiduo's Life and Deeds" exhibition, the stele gallery and other attractions.

Wen Yiduo (November 24, 1899 - July 15, 1946), Han nationality, originally named Wen Jiahua, also known as Duo, Yiduo and Yiduo, with the courtesy names Yousan and Youshan. Xishui people. At the age of 13, he was admitted to Tsinghua School in Beijing. At the age of 23, he studied in the United States and studied literature and art. A great modern Chinese patriot, a staunch democracy fighter, an early leader of the China Democratic League, a close friend of the Communist Party of China, a poet, a scholar, and a democracy fighter. A representative poet of the Crescent School, his works are mainly included in "The Complete Works of Wen Yiduo". In 1937, he became a professor at Southwest Associated University. Later he participated in the struggle against dictatorship and for democracy. On July 15, 1946, after he denounced the dark rule of the Kuomintang and delivered his "Last Speech", he was assassinated by reactionary agents that night. People spoke highly of Wen Yiduo's patriotism, calling him a "democracy fighter, revolutionary scholar and patriotic poet".
