Hefei Mingjiao Temple is the largest and most influential Buddhist holy place in Hefei. It is also the hometown of the military fortress built by Cao Cao. Mingjiao Temple is located at No. 44, Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, opposite Xiaoyaojin Park. The temple covers an area of nearly 4,000 square meters and has buildings such as the mountain gate, the Tianwang Hall, the Mahavira Hall, the Ksitigarbha Hall, the Reclining Buddha Hall, the guest hall, and the dormitories.
