Shenzhen Hongfa Temple Travel Guide

Scenic spot introduction:

Hongfa Temple is the largest temple in Lingnan and the most popular and influential Buddhist temple in Shenzhen. Hongfa Temple is located in the Shenzhen Fairy Lake Botanical Garden. It was built in 1985. It is located at the foot of Wutong Mountain in the eastern suburbs of Shenzhen, known as the "green heart and lungs" of Shenzhen. It is backed by steep green cliffs and faces the ripples of Fairy Lake in front. Hongfa Temple is located in the southeast, facing northwest, and is built on a hillside.

Attractions distribution:

Along the central axis of Hongfa Temple, there are Shanmen Hall, Tianwang Hall, Buddhist Culture Exhibition Building, Main Hall and Sutra Collection Building from bottom to top. There are guest halls, ancestral halls, Jialan halls, vegetarian halls, Zen courtyards, etc. built on both sides and sides respectively.
