Suzhou Zhongfeng Temple is hidden among the green forests, giving it a sense of seclusion from the world. It is one of the ancient temples in the west of the city. It has gone through many ups and downs over the past thousands of years. There have been major constructions and renovations, there have been times when imperial edicts granted names, and there have been times when they were burned down and become empty. Surrounded by dangerous walls and stone gates, Zhongfeng Temple looks pure and quiet, making it a good place for meditation, pilgrimage, and hiking.

Zhongfeng Temple is located on Xiaohua Mountain, adjacent to Tianping Mountain Scenic Area. The temple has the mountain gate, the Heavenly King's Hall, the Life-release Pond, the Fragrant Flower Bridge, the Main Hall, the Guanyin Hall, etc. in order to enshrine Maitreya, Sakyamuni and other Buddha statues. There are ancient tablets left in the temple, describing the history of Zhongfeng Temple.

Bus route: Take Air Conditioning Route 300 in the city, get off at New Century Color Printing or Zhiying Street Jinshan Road North, and walk along the hiking trail.

Self-driving route: Southwest Ring Road leaves from the Taihu Avenue/Dongzhu/Tianchishan exit; Taihu Avenue Elevated Road leaves from the Mayun Road/Binhe Road/Tayuan Road/Suzhou Vehicle Management Office exit; along Taihu Avenue /Mayun Road → Drive on Jingshan Road.
