Take Bus No. 118, 663, 690 or 696 in the city and get off at Happy Valley East.
In Binhai New Area, take the Jinbin Light Rail Line 9 and get off at Xinli Station. Go to the Civil Aviation University Bus Station and transfer to Bus No. 690 to OCT Happy Valley Station.
Self-driving route: Take Weiguo Road → Jinhan Highway → Dongli Lake Road in the city.
