Qingcheng Zhouzuling Forest Park is one of the birthplaces of Chinese farming culture. It is named after a famous tomb on the top of the mountain - the Buzhu Mausoleum of Zhou ancestor. The scenic area is located in Dongshan, Qingcheng County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province. It has a long history and beautiful scenery. Since ancient times, it has been a place for literati and poets to reminisce about the past and the present and to climb and enjoy the scenery.

According to historical records: Buqiu, the ancestor of the Zhou Dynasty buried in Dongshan, Qingcheng, was the great-great-grandson of Huangdi, the grandson of Emperor Ku, and the son of Houji. He was an agricultural official of the Xia Dynasty. When Emperor Taikang's government declined, he did not value farming. Buzhou lost his position and fled here to teach the people how to farm and cultivate mulberry trees. His son Jutao and his grandson Gongliu inherited and carried forward the tradition. After 14 generations, it was passed down to King Wen and King Wu, who established the Zhou Dynasty and defeated King Zhou, and established the foundation of the Zhou Dynasty. It is said in history that "the rise of Zhou Dao started from this time."
According to unearthed cultural relics, the construction of Zhouzuling has been going on for thousands of years. In order to reproduce the style of the ancient city, inherit traditional virtues and develop tourism resources, the local government has advocated the reconstruction of scenic spots in the mausoleum area since the 1980s, including the restoration of temples, the construction of pavilions, and the erection of steles. It was named "Zhouzuling Forest Park" and has now been completed.
