Baishan Lake Scenic Area in Jingyu County is also known as "Baishan Lake Renyi Scenic Area" and local residents also call it "Baishan Lake Renyi Lizi Scenic Area". It is a beautiful high-gorge flat lake formed after the completion of Baishan Underground Power Station. It is known as the "Lijiang River in the North" "" is the main scenic spot of Jingyu Volcanic Mineral Springs National Geopark. Located in the upper reaches of the Second Songhua River, it is an original high-altitude forest lake with a complete ecosystem. It is known as the "Pearl Beyond the Great Wall".

The Baishan Lake Scenic Area in Jingyu County is embedded in the lofty mountains of the Changbai Mountains. It has the largest underground power station in the Northeast.
