The Harbin People's Musician Zheng Lucheng Memorial Hall was built in memory of Zheng Lucheng, the "father of military songs". Zheng Lucheng (1914.8.13 - 1976.12.7), formerly known as Zheng Bo'en, was born in Gwangju, Jeollanam-do, North Korea (now South Korea).
