Scenic spot introduction:

The Polish Catholic Church in Harbin, the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, was originally the St. Stanislav Church in Nangang. It is a Gothic Catholic church built by Polish expatriates. This building is the largest Catholic church in Heilongjiang. The spire is 51.6 meters high, which is extremely spectacular. The Catholic Church was completed in 1907 and was large in scale. However, during the turmoil, the Gothic spire and various carvings were demolished, leaving only the main body of the building, which was later occupied and rebuilt by a middle school. It was not until 2004 that it was renovated and became an architectural sight in Harbin today.
