Hejing Beishan Forest Park is a typical example of the transformation of Gobi barren mountains into a forest park. It is also a real project to benefit the people to improve the ecological environment of Hejing City and enhance the quality of the city. Beishan was originally a sand and gravel field and a Gobi desert. Every spring and autumn, strong winds often carry sand all over the sky and harm the residents of the county. It is the main source of dust in the city. Nowadays, the ecological forest and protective forest on the mountain have grown into green branches. Beishan Forest Park is located in the north of the county.
