Jiujiang Nengren Zen Temple is the most magical with its fascinating "Eight Scenes of Nengren" and is a key Buddhist temple in Han Dynasty. Nengren Temple is surrounded by slopes on three sides, with purple smoke as a screen. The towering Tang Dynasty pagoda allows people to enjoy the scenery of the Xun River. The daily morning bells and evening drums, the lingering sound of the Buddhist orchestra, and the solemn and elegant style that integrates southern and northern Buddhist music have fascinated many pilgrims.

Nengren Temple is located at No. 168 Yuliang South Road in Jiujiang City, across from Jiujiang Catholic Church. The temple is located on the slope and is divided into three courtyards: front, middle and back. On the axis are the Shanmen, Tianwang Hall, Shuangyang Bridge, Main Hall, Iron Buddha Hall and other buildings. The most famous eight scenic spots of Nengren Temple are Dasheng Pagoda, Stone Boat, Yuchuan Stone, Shuangyang Bridge, Huier Spring, Iron Buddha, Ice Mountain and Snow Cave, which bring a unique cultural atmosphere to the temple.

How to get there:

Bus route: Take No. 21, 28, or 29 and get off at the Municipal Education Commission, or get off at Hezhong Square on No. 21; walk 300 meters along Yuliang South Road.

Self-driving route: After arriving at Jiujiang City on the Changjiu/Hangrui Expressway, drive along Xunyang East Road, pass Longshan Primary School, turn onto Taling South Road, and then enter Yuliang South Road.
