Xishan Forest Park has the reputation of "the best place in central Yunnan". The park has dense forests, prosperous flowers and plants, is quiet and beautiful, and has excellent scenery. Xishan Forest Park is located on the bank of Dianchi Lake, known as the "Pearl of the Plateau" in Xishan District, Kunming City. It consists of Biji Mountain, Huating Mountain, Taihua Mountain, Taiping Mountain, Luohan Mountain and other peaks. It covers an area of about 889 hectares. The highest peak, Luohan Mountain, is above sea level. 2507.5 meters. Looking at the peaks of the West Mountain from a distance, it looks like a huge sleeping Buddha and a girl lying on her back, so it is called "Reclining Buddha Mountain", also known as "Sleeping Beauty". Best time to visit:
