Pingding Guanshan Forest Park integrates natural landscapes, historic sites, and cultural origins, and integrates Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. It is a tourist and vacation resort in Shanxi and Hebei regions. The main peak of Guanshan Mountain is shaped like a crown, with the highest altitude of 1152 meters. It has rich plant species, including 35 ancient pines and rare trees, and more than 160 kinds of medical medicinal materials. It has steep cliffs, towering pines and cypresses, magnificent mountains and waters, and pleasant scenery all year round. There is Guanshan Academy in the mountain, where Lu Encheng, the prime minister of Zuo, Zhongshu in the Yuan Dynasty, and Qiao Yu, the Minister of War in the Ming Dynasty, both studied here.
