Yiwanquan Tourist Resort is located in the Qitai Farm of the Sixth Agricultural Division of the Xinjiang Corps in the East Tianshan Mountains, known as the "Border Emerald". Yiwanquan is located in the "Halashay Valley" under the nameless peak of the South Tianshan Mountains. It is named after many clear springs gurgling out and forming a stream. It is one of the best natural grasslands on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain in eastern northern Xinjiang.

The Yiwanquan Scenic Area is located in a place with abundant natural precipitation. The shady slopes of the mountain ridges have tall and straight green pines, and the tree trunks are straight and vigorous. They are layered on top of each other to form a pagoda forest. Nearby, the spruce trees are towering, forming an endless sea of ​​forest. The sunny slopes have lush pastures and flat landscapes. Grasses and green clumps, especially in perennial wetlands and swamps, are covered with hill-like green grass bags like inlaid green pearls, which add to the scenery. The air in this green space is fresh, the scenery is pleasant, the mountains are clear and the water is beautiful, refreshing and pleasant. , looking at the snow-capped mountains connected with the white clouds in the distance, majestic and spectacular. From late May to early September every year, various wildflowers bloom all over the hills in the Yiwanquan Scenic Area, complementing the snow-capped pine forests and decorating the grassland beautifully. It is an excellent place for tourists to escape the summer heat and relax.
