Originally, Chongfu Temple was built by Chen Hongjin, the military governor of the Qingyuan Army of the Song Dynasty, for his daughter who was a nun. It was originally named Qianfo Nunnery. Chongfu Temple faces west to east, with an area of ​​about 15 acres. It has a main hall and an apse.
