The Daicao Mountain in Huize, Qujing, is famous for its beautiful scenery of grass, flowers, clouds, fog, snow, light, water, peaks, etc., and is known as the "Oriental New Zealand". Its highest peak, Guniuzhai (i.e. Jiangyunong Mountain), is the highest peak of the Wumeng Mountain System. During the Tang Dynasty, the king of Nanzhao named it Dongyue.
