The full name of Yingxian Wooden Pagoda is Buddha Palace Temple Sakyamuni Pagoda. It is the oldest and tallest existing pure wooden structure pavilion-style building in my country. It is also known as the world's four wonders of pagodas together with the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy, the Eiffel Tower, and the Egyptian pyramids.

The Yingxian Wooden Pagoda is located in the Foggong Temple in the northwest corner of Yingxian County, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province. It was built in the Liao Dynasty and is the main building of the Foggong Temple. The Foggong Temple faces north and south, and the wooden pagoda is located on the north-south central axis of the temple. Between the mountain gate and the main hall, there is a layout of "front tower and back hall".
Yingxian Wooden Pagoda is the only existing wooden tower building in my country. Its unique artistic style and superb construction technology can be called a masterpiece. The Buddha’s tooth relics, statues in the wooden tower, and the plaques on the tower reflect each other. , also increases its artistic and historical value.
