Anchang is one of the four famous ancient towns in Shaoxing and the hometown of Shaoxing masters. Anchang Ancient Town is located at the northwest end of Shaoxing County, Zhejiang Province. Its architectural style inherits the typical Jiangnan water town characteristics. It is surrounded by water, simple and elegant. Its specialty Anchang sausages and white sugar are famous far and wide. The water wedding with water town style is also unique. Anchang Ancient Town was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. It was burned down many times due to wars and was rebuilt in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The old streets of the ancient town were built along the river, with a total length of 1,747 meters. To the south of the river are ancient residential lanes, and to the north of the river are commercial streets. The city's shops are connected by ancient bridges on both sides of the bank.
