Taiyuan University of Technology, formerly known as the National Shanxi University College of Western Studies, was founded in 1902. It is one of the three earliest national universities in my country. Today's Taiyuan University of Technology was formed in 1997 by the merger of the former Taiyuan University of Technology and Shanxi Mining College. After years of inheritance and development, the school has now become a university that focuses on engineering and combines science and engineering, with science, engineering, liberal arts, management, economics, It is an institution of higher learning that coordinates the development of multiple disciplines such as law, physical education, the United States, and the military.
