Tangqi Ancient Town was built in the Northern Song Dynasty and is ranked first among the "Top Ten Famous Towns in the South of the Yangtze River". The ancient town is world-famous for its water-lined streets, street eaves, beautiful people's backs, 72 half lanes, and 36 half stone bridges. It has been the water gateway of Hangzhou throughout the ages. The ancient Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal meanders from north to south, connecting the north and south like a colorful ribbon. The ancient town of Tangqi is located at the southern end of the canal, like an extremely eye-catching and dazzling pearl inlaid on the bank of the ancient canal. Its unique floating market style and rich historical and cultural atmosphere are irreplaceable. Mr. Feng Zikai, a famous literary master, once said: "Tangqi Water Town is one of the representatives of the beautiful places in the south of the Yangtze River." Tangqi loquat is famous both at home and abroad and has been a tribute as early as the Tang Dynasty. Nowadays, loquat is also a golden business card of Tangqi. The grand "China Hangzhou Tangqi Loquat Festival" is held here
every May. During the festival, tourists can visit Tangqi Market Town, Shuibei Historical and Cultural Street
area, Chaoshan Scenic Area, various loquat gardens, etc. In the Tangbei Village Sericulture Folk Ecological Culture Reserve, there is a display of ancient sericulture silk weaving
folk culture. In the Pipawan Ecological Farm, the Loquat Festival Farming Competition will include loquat picking, eating loquats, helping
