Xu Xiangqian's former residence was built in the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty (1821). It faces south and covers an area of ​​330 square meters. It is a typical courtyard-style building in northern Shanxi. It is located in Yong'an Village, Dongye Town, 15 kilometers southwest of Wutai County. Xu Shuai's former residence is a provincial-level key cultural relics protection unit and a national patriotism education demonstration base. In 2005, it was included in the national red tourism classic scenic spots list.
