Yuncha Manor is located at the Tea Research Institute of the Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Menghai Town, Menghai County, about an hour's drive from Jinghong. The dry season spring tea is from the end of February to the middle of May, the rainy season tea is from the end of May to the end of September, and the autumn tea is from the end of September to the end of November. Spring tea is the best time to make Pu'er tea because it has not yet been affected by rain and the tea gas is relatively abundant. The best time to pick fresh tea leaves is half an hour after sunrise, and it is best to complete the picking work around 10 to 12 o'clock in the morning.
