How to get there:
Xibo Folk Customs Park is located in Qiniulu Township, Kongza, Xibo Autonomous County, Qapqar, Xinjiang. It can be reached by turning from Provincial Highway 313 to county and township roads. It is about 6 kilometers away from the county center and 18 kilometers away from Yining City. Take a bus from Yining City Passenger Terminal or Hulejia Hotel to Qapcharxi County (about 6 yuan). From the county seat, take bus No. 1 to reach the scenic spot.
