The Prime Minister's Ancestral Hall in Yibin was built by later generations to commemorate Zhuge Liang, the prime minister of the Shu-Han Dynasty in the Three Kingdoms, during his southern expedition to Yunnan and passing through Rongzhou (today's Yibin). It was built on the basis of the memorial temple of Huang Tingjian, a poet and calligrapher of the Northern Song Dynasty. The Prime Minister's Temple embodies the local people's respect and memory for this famous general. It is also an extremely precious historical landscape in the local area. The ancestral hall, with its simplicity, simplicity and extraordinary momentum, reminds people of Zhuge Liang's heroic appearance. The large number of stone tablets and historical sites have also become a good place to visit the past and the present. The Liubeichi Park surrounding the ancestral hall is even more lush and full of ancient charm, making people immersed in its elegance.

The Prime Minister's Temple was built under the Dianjiang Terrace in Liubeichi Park, covering an area of ​​1,400 square meters. The ancestral hall faces east and west, and is laid out in the shape of "Hui". It consists of 52 rooms including the entrance hall, atrium, verandah, bell and drum tower and Xiangtang. The atrium is the most exciting, with a statue of Zhuge Liang in the Xiangtang. In the back hall of the Prime Minister's Temple is a Guandi Temple. Inside the hall are statues of Guan Yu, Guan Ping and Zhou Cang. Outside the hall, ancient stone pagoda furnaces, ancient stone drums, stone lions and stone flower tables stand proudly. In the ancestral hall, there are more than ten plaques and couplets collected by emperors Huizong of the Song Dynasty, Zhao Ji, Shenzong of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yijun, Kangxi, Qianlong, Xianfeng and Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty. In addition, there are Fuweng Pavilion, Diaohuang Tower, Dianjiang Terrace, Guanyin Pavilion, Lihong Pavilion, Jingyuan and other historical sites and scenic spots in Liubeichi Park.
