Ili Jingyuan Temple is a representative of the architectural art of the Xibe people in the Qing Dynasty. It vividly reflects the architecture, culture and art level of the Xibe people, and is a precious historical and cultural heritage of the Xibe people. It provides valuable physical information for studying the history, culture, religious beliefs, architectural art, painting and sculpture of the Xibe people after they moved westward. In May 2006, it was announced by the State Council as the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. Jingyuan Temple is located in Sunzhaqi Township, 5 kilometers west of Qapqal Xibo Autonomous County, Ili Prefecture, Xinjiang.

Jingyuan Temple is magnificent in scale, with a construction area of ​​1,000 square meters. There are tall walls built around it, a brick screen wall in front of the mountain gate, a wide and quiet courtyard, and the roads connecting each palace are paved with bricks. The buildings in the temple are well-proportioned, with a symmetrical layout, fine engineering, carved beams and painted pillars, and angled eaves, which are extremely beautiful.
