The Yili River Ethnic Cultural Tourism Village is the main place for Yining citizens to hold weddings, circumcisions and other folk activities. The scenic spot is located on the north bank of the Yili River on Xinhuan Road, Yining City. It was originally called Tashkulek Township Orchard.

The Yili River Ethnic Cultural Village covers an area of ​​more than 80 acres. There is a central pavilion with a height of 5 meters that can accommodate 200 people in the middle of the park. There are also 16 small pavilions with ethnic characteristics and 5 large pavilions, including a one-time pavilion. There is a music greenhouse that can accommodate 400 tourists.
