Guifeng gets its name because "there is no mountain without a turtle, no stone without a turtle" and the entire scenic spot looks like a giant turtle with its head held high. It is located in Yiyang County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, with Longhu to the west, Sanqing to the east, Wuyuan to the north, and Wuyi to the south, with a total area of 136 square kilometers. Guifeng is known as "the rarest Guifeng on the river in the world", and some people call it "Xiaolu Mountain".Attractions distribution:
Guifeng consists of two major scenic spots. The first scenic area, Guifeng Scenic Area, is a natural landform tourist area, which is amazing for the various turtle-shaped Danshan Mountains; the second scenic area, Nanyan Scenic Area, is a Buddhist cultural tourist area, which is amazing for the long-standing culture of caves and shrines. How to get there:
It takes about 15 minutes from the Liwen, Jing, Wu, Huang and other expressways and National Highway 320 to the gatehouse of Guifeng Scenic Area and turn left to enter Guifeng Scenic Area.
There are also trains to Yiyang and Shangrao from various places. After getting off the train, transfer to the Yingtan direction passenger bus to reach the scenic spot.
