Yongji Pujiu Temple is a Buddhist ten-square temple. There is a square brick pagoda in the temple. It was originally called the Relic Pagoda and is commonly known as the Yingying Pagoda. It is also known as the Echo Wall of the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, the Shiqin in Tongnan in Sichuan, and the Baolun Pagoda in Henan. The Yongji Pujiu Temple Tourist Area is located on the Emei Plateau in Yongji County in southwestern Shanxi Province. A wide slope-bottomed long street under the plateau was the ancient post road leading to Chang'an. Since its initial construction in the Sui Dynasty, Pujiu Temple has gone through many vicissitudes and has been restored and destroyed. Now the rebuilt Pujiu Temple faces south and faces the south.
